I am a qualified pole instructor, my studio is children friendly and my mission is for all moms with children to be able get fit( without paying expensive child care ) or just get out of the house come to me get fit and have fun, while your kids are happy playing in the kids room ( all health and safety checks provided ) , but not just moms anyone is welcome , any age any shape any fitness level pole fitness is for everyone ?? open 7 days /week but please use the online booking system or contact me
